Reels On Rise is run by Rise With Code (SMC-Private) Limited, Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use Reels On Rise, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
01What we collect

| A visitor ID | A random ID stored in a cookie, so we can count unique visitors without an account. It does not contain your name or contact details. |
| What you ask the AI | When you use “Write it for me”, “Generate here”, or copy the AI prompt, we save the request text, the prompt, the script that came back, the time and your IP address. |
| Images you upload | The image file, its original name, size, the time and your IP address, and which prompts or videos used it. |
| Scripts and videos | The scripts you render and the videos, GIFs and audio we make from them. |
We don't ask for your name, email or payment details to use the app. Please don't put personal information about yourself or others in scripts or images.
02Why we use it
- To make your videos and show you the preview and download.
- To keep the service fair and safe: daily limits per visitor, stopping abuse and spam.
- To understand how the app is used (for example which devices and pages are popular) and improve it.
- To fix problems when a render or an AI request fails.
03Who else handles it
- Our hosting provider runs the servers the app and its files live on.
- An AI provider: when you use “Write it for me” or “Generate here”, your request and the prompt are sent to the AI service we use to write the script. Their own privacy terms apply to that request.
- Websites you record: a website walkthrough visits the address in your script from our server.
Voices are generated on our own server. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
04How long we keep it
- Visit and AI request logs: 180 days, then deleted automatically.
- Rendered videos: about 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Uploaded images: until they are no longer needed, or until you ask us to delete them.
05Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Because we don't use accounts, tell us roughly when you used the app and, if you can, your IP address, so we can find the right records. See the Contact page.
You can also clear the visitor ID by deleting this site's cookies in your browser.
06Children
Reels On Rise is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
07Security
We use HTTPS, keep the server and its software up to date, and limit who can open the admin dashboard. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't upload anything you would not want to be seen.
08Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
