These terms apply when you use Reels On Rise, provided by Rise With Code (SMC-Private) Limited, Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
01The service
Reels On Rise turns a written script into a narrated, animated video. It is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We may change, limit or stop features at any time, and we may set daily limits on videos and AI requests.
02Your content
- You keep the rights to the scripts, text and images you put into the app (“your content”).
- You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to run the service: to make your preview and video, keep the logs described in our Privacy Policy, and stop abuse.
- You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload or record, including logos, photos, trademarks and any website you make a walkthrough of.
03Your videos
You may use the videos you make for personal or commercial purposes, as long as your content and the way you use the video follow these terms and the law. Videos are deleted from our server after about 30 days, so download what you need.
04AI-written scripts and voices
Scripts from “Write it for me” are written by an AI and can contain mistakes. Check facts, names, numbers and claims before you publish. Narration uses synthetic voices: don't present them as a real person speaking, and don't use them to mislead.
05Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, block access or refuse service if these terms are broken.
06Our rights
The app, its design, templates, code and the Reels On Rise name belong to Rise With Code (SMC-Private) Limited. These terms don't give you any right to copy or resell the app itself.
07No warranty
We work hard to keep the app running well, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
08Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Rise With Code (SMC-Private) Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or for how you or others use videos made with the app.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
